Who we are

Little Basics is an online-only store selling children's everyday basics. Little Basics is an online-only store. We do not operate a US warehouse or retail storefront; fulfilment arrangements are confirmed with each order by email before payment.

Catalogue status

Sample catalogue — product photography and descriptions shown for launch preview. Orders are confirmed by email before any payment is taken, and fabric specifications are confirmed with our supplier before dispatch. Product descriptions aim to be accurate; where a detail is marked as awaiting supplier confirmation, that marking forms part of the description.

Orders and payment

Placing an order on this website creates an order request, not a completed purchase. We confirm each order by email — items, sizes, delivery arrangements and total price in US dollars — and payment is taken only by the arrangement set out in that confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order as placed, we will say so in the confirmation and you may cancel at no cost.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change between catalogue updates; the price in your order confirmation is the price that applies to your order.

Returns

Returns and exchanges follow the policy on our returns page, as confirmed in your order email.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep sizes, prices and descriptions accurate and to correct errors promptly. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
