What we collect

Order information: when you check out, you provide your name, email address and delivery address so we can confirm and fulfil your order. The order is sent to us by email. Messages: emails you send us are kept so we can reply and help with follow-ups. On-device data: your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser's local storage on your device — they are not transmitted to us until you check out.

What we do not collect

We do not process card payments on this website at present, so we never see or store your card details. We do not run customer accounts, so there are no passwords to store. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.

How we use information

Only to run the store: confirming and fulfilling orders, answering messages, handling returns, and meeting legal obligations. If analytics are added to this site later, this policy will be updated to describe them before they are switched on.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. See the cookie policy for details and how to clear it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing harisleadgen8+littlebasics@gmail.com. Deleting order emails may limit our ability to help with past orders, and we will say so if it applies.
