Boys' basics

Boxer briefs, classic briefs, crew undershirts — plus the thermals and socks every kid shares. Built for the wash-on-Sunday, wear-all-week reality of a boy's drawer.

Boxer briefs vs briefs: let him decide

Parents tend to buy what they bought last time; boys tend to develop a fierce loyalty to one cut. Boxer briefs are the majority choice for school-age boys — leg coverage, no bunching under shorts, a sportier feel. Classic briefs win in hot climates and under slim uniform pants, and they take up half the drawer space. Our honest advice: buy one pack of each in the current size, see which drawer empties first, and reorder that one in bulk.

Undershirts: the uniform insurance policy

A five-pack of crew undershirts costs less than one replacement uniform shirt, and it is the layer that absorbs sweat, sunscreen and deodorant. Outer shirts washed half as often keep their color and collars twice as long. The neckline on ours is reinforced because a stretched-out crew neck is the first thing that makes an undershirt look tired — and boys notice tired.

Built for the laundry, not the showroom

Boys' basics live a hard life: mud, grass stains, PE kits forgotten in lockers. So the range sticks to colors that wash together — whites with whites, and navy, grey and black that survive mixed loads. Reinforced stress points, covered elastic and printed labels are standard across the range, not upgrades.

Check sizes before you stock up

Every pack above uses the same sizing, so one check covers the whole order. Use our kids' size guide for sizes 4–14 — it maps height, weight and waist for underwear and layers, and sock bands S/M/L to shoe sizes — then come back and order with confidence.
