Returns & exchanges

Basics only earn their place if the fit is right, so exchanges matter to us. This page is our policy in draft form while fulfilment is being finalised; the version confirmed in your order email is the one that applies to your order.

Kids' basics returns: the short version

Unworn, unwashed packs in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size? Exchange it for the right one. Faulty stitching or fabric? We replace or refund — your choice.

The hygiene rule, honestly explained

Underwear that has been worn or washed cannot be resold, and we will not resell it — so worn or washed underwear is not returnable unless it is faulty. This is standard practice for intimate apparel and protects every family's next order. Trying on over existing underwear is fine and does not count as wear.

How to start a return or exchange

Email harisleadgen8+littlebasics@gmail.com with your order reference, what you would like to return or exchange, and (for exchanges) the size you need instead. We will confirm the arrangements by email, including where to send the pack and how the replacement or refund is handled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned pack is received and checked. Because orders are currently confirmed and paid by arrangement over email, the refund route for your order will be the same route you paid by.
